We specialise in supporting women to get strong and lose weight without needing to obsessively calorie count. For many women, this is simply unsustainable and too much pressure. No restriction, and no hunger - win win!
We have an in-house chef delivering 2x recipes weekly to clients, all simple, high protein and realistic for busy women and fussy children. You'll access her nutrition training modules, weekly Q&A's, and database stacked with hundreds of recipes.
You'll have a direct WhatsApp channel with your coach with daily support and accountability. We know our level of accountability and support drives client results, so we level this up.

Having completed my Masters in Psychology, I spent 15 years working in the social care system, hands on with vulnerable people, and supporting services to become trauma-informed. I get you. I get that a one-size approach doesn't work, when you're beaten down trying diet after diet with competing life demands.
I've been in the fitness industry for ten years, having loved sports all my life! I've played football, gymnastics, rugby, and I'm now an internationally competitive powerlifter, as well as many years being a typical gym girl. I love helping women build gym confidence and rebuild their strength.
Having completed my PT qualifications, and previously experienced hyper-fixation with calorie counting through a bad coaching experience, I knew this wasn't something I wanted to put my clients through. Some clients love this approach, but most women are too busy with their careers, family and competing life demands that it isn't sustainable for them. Do you see yourself getting to age 80 and still weighing food out using your kitchen scales, or never eating chocolate again? No! So why diet like this.
